Project Summary:

Jim has been running his business for 20 years as a side project so his pantry could always be full of olive oil. His original business plan was simple:

  1. Always have good olive oil

  2. Don’t lose money

  3. Go to Italy, often

Jim approached us and asked us to grow his business. Jim built a wonderful brand over the last 20 years, the decision to help him build his brand was a slam dunk.

Our first step was to increase his revenue stream by creating an e-commerce store compatible with his existing site. The success of the e-commerce store was practically instantaneous, people want Real Good Food. The success made us realize he was outgrowing his storefront and separate wholesale storage at Activespace. Working with the Real Good Food’s team, we found their new home at 935 NE Couch. The new space, is what we had envisioned from our first meeting with Jim: A retail storefront with a large wholesale warehouse: a supply room open to the public.

Jim is our favorite kind of client. Good product brought to you by an owner/operator that has passion.
